C'est que la qualité n'est PAS LA et que c'est plus une arnaque à touriste qu'autre chose avec un fois gavé on ne sais où ni comment !
Plus un joli poulet fermier acheté, bien jaune, mais qui a pas couru beaucoup car chair lisse et non fibreuse, donc pas un vrai poulet fermier !
Sinon, magret correct.
Conclusion, je déconseille vivement vu qu'on nous a raconté de belles paroles... fausses !!!
Allez donc plutôt voir les producteurs en direct plutôt que les revendeurs sur le marché de Sarlat
