At the Puypelat site, the Payenchet family makes excellent foie gras: the mi-cuit has already won several gold and silver medals at the Paris agricultural competition! The ducklings arrive at the farm at 1 day old, are reared (from June to March) and fed with cereals produced on site. As adults, they are force-fed (from September to April) with selected corn, before being transformed into foies gras, pâtés, paupiettes, confits, rillettes... for the pleasure of our taste buds! Free guided tour and farm sales all year round by appointment.
