100% Périgord organic caviar and sturgeon production estate, open to guided tours (by reservation only).
Created in 2011 by Laurent Deverlanges, the Caviar de Neuvic company raises sturgeon and produces six tons of caviar per year, in the middle of the Périgord! Various eco-responsible approaches are implemented to preserve the environment: the caviar is certified organic. The estate also offers guided tours of the fish farm, ending with a product tasting (caviar, of course, but also sturgeon rillettes or caviar butter).

Great experience with tour and tasting options. We even got to wade in the watar with the big fish!
