Benoît Maugey's artisanal bakery is located just next to the Super U of Créa Vallée in Notre-Dame-De-Sanilhac. To ensure excellence on a daily basis, the young baker and his bakery team use only high-quality products such as Label Rouge flours from the Moulin du Corneau, natural sourdough and Camargue salt. They provide rounds throughout the day to offer Gaults bread, pie, rye pie and many others without forgetting their excellent traditional baguette still very good the next morning for breakfast. On the pastry side, there are certainly fewer choices than almost everywhere else, but here, the pastry chef only makes "homemade" and with fresh fruit. As for pastries, you should know that they are also 100% homemade. And at lunchtime, salads and sandwiches made with fresh produce can help you to satisfy a small hunger without ruining yourself.
