Julien passed through the Old Logis de Tremolat before settling nearby in the former presbytery of the abbey church, of which he is the key, in the shade of the imposing fortified church of Paunat. The exposed stone building offers an open terrace in the gardens, a warm and attentive welcome, tempting gourmet proposals: cep tartlet with garlic cream, homemade terrines, fried veal sweetbreads with Port... A host of specialities, always renewed, according to desires and seasons. The preparation of the dishes is superb. It's an excellent address.

Quel lieu magique. À l'ombre de l'abbatiale, sur cette terrasse ombragée, l'adorable Julien nous accueille avec gentillesse et simplicité. Il propose une cuisine délicieuse, avec un foie gras goutu, des ris de veau admirablement préparés, entre autres. Vins et apéritifs remarquablement choisis. Si vous désirez déjeuner ou dîner entouré du calme et de la volupté, allez-y les yeux fermés.

très bonne cuisine inventive qui contraste avec les autres restaurants périgourdins incapables de sortir du confit foie gras pommes de terre sarladaises !!
