ANNETTE CHAMI
Annette Chami, a retired former nurse, continues her work in a very special way: she no longer treats humans but teddy bears. It restores the Martines of our childhood. She gives them eyes or a nose, she sews them up, she takes back holes, she reviews the padding, she redraws the seams, she sometimes applies a dye, and finally the teddy bears are allowed a brushing with brush and hair dryer to give volume and luster to the coat. She receives requests from all over France and since it takes her about a month to treat a bear, the waiting list is sometimes long. We contact her via email. She has also entered the motorcycle world with her bodywork decorations and also paints, mainly portraits. She regularly exhibits her paintings.
