It has been more than a quarter century since the Grange brought together very good regional products, very authentic. The house is the depository of the Valette fatty livers, from ducks reared, slaughtered and cooked in Périgord, as required by their protected geographical indication. There is also a beautiful selection of vintage wines, cognac, whiskies, or vintage armagnacs. In December the shop opens on Sunday morning.
