This neighborhood bakery is home to Fabrice Jacquet who took over the bakery in 2014. He has kept the bread of his predecessor bread called the Palissou, it is the name of a basket for chestnuts. In addition to adding walnuts, the particularity of this bread is that it is made only with flour from the Dordogne and as it is not a very flour producing department, he unfortunately cannot offer it all year round. This is why he usually makes it at the beginning of winter and for the holidays.
