Based at Le Change, Corinne opened a corner under the Coderc hall. It produces a range of pastries based on organic flour, hen eggs raised outdoors on local farmers' premises, seasonal fruit from local producers and the market. His cakes are excellent and nicely decorated, Weiss and Barry chocolates are at their best. Its delights are swooning, especially Limoncello (Dacquoise lemon-hazelnut, creamy gianduja, chocolate mousse white-lemon). On request, it can make cakes for family events. But why deprive yourself of your standard proposals? Lemon and coconut pie (sweet paste and almond cream, lemon cream, coconut whipped cream, lemon jelly) or Marion log (hazelnut meringue, financial biscuit, coffee whipped cream, praline mousse and praline icing).
