The fans of good meat know this address well and they come even from a very long distance. In this butchery of the Chavier family for ages, the son Pierre followed his father's footsteps and seeks to offer only high quality products. At home, except for the poultry that come from Bresse or Saint-Sever, all the meat comes from regional farms such as the Calf Label Rouge du Local, the Périgord herding lamb and beef, the famous and goûteuse limousine of Nanteuil-de-Thiviers. Admittedly, prices may not be the best but their products, tutoient excellence.
