Une très jolie découverte à la place du Coderc, difficile de trouver une aussi belle cave. Les grands connaisseurs, puristes ou même débutants trouveront leurs élixirs. Un grand merci à Sébastien pour son accueil chaleureux, son humilité et ses précieux conseils.

Caviste de très grande qualité, avec une très belle sélection et un grand professionnalisme, en effet, en achetant une belle bouteille, il m’a demandé si j’avais de quoi bien la stocker, ce n’était pas le cas, il l’a donc conservé, je l’ai récupéré ajd, 3 ans plus tard ! Allez y les yeux fermés et laissez vous guider, vous ferez de belles découvertes !

Je suis rentré chez Sébastien un peu par hasard (il faut dire que c’est très central) et j’ai adoré. C’est perturbant, ce n’est définitivement pas un caviste anodin mais un amoureux du vin. On pense entrer dans une boutique dix minutes, on ressort avec les papilles qui pétillent et des histoires personnelles sur les vins. Sébastien sais chambouler vos convictions sincères... sur le blanc, sur le vin naturelle... Une super rencontre de marché qui mérite que je laisse un avis (j'en laisse peu). Un grand merci !
