Caroline Mayor has established the Ruche, which says yes to Montignac and is now the Place de la Cité next to Baker. The principle: the relationship between producers and buyers. Producers send directly to a site commercial proposals including delivery. Consumer communities gathered in hives are delivered if the minimum number of orders fixed by the supplier is reached. The Ruche, which says yes, allows its members to provide fresh and local products directly to producers in their region: meat, dairy, vegetables, fruits, drinks, jams… 70 consumers and 17 producers were already registered as of April 30, 2015.
