LE CHRIST&ANA
Le Vin Doux became Christ&ana, a contraction of Christian and Ana, the two new owners. The cuisine is made of products from Périgord revised in the chef's style. The duck foie gras are treated with Espelette pepper, the duck breast is complemented by a sauce with morels and mashed potatoes with chives and by a salad. To end on a sweet note, slate of various cheeses and chocolate and mango cake. The dining room is large, bright and contemporary. The tables are well spaced and a small sitting area with armchairs and sofas allows you to have a drink.
