Nicole and Alain are faithful to their cuisine and to their village, through which the Taravelou (a small stream) flows. Chef Alain's cuisine is based on traditional homemade dishes: blanched tourain, country terrine, petit salé and its vegetables, homemade paëlla, stuffed chicken and its vegetables (homemade stuffing), homemade sauerkraut, etc. The lunchtime menu with soup, starter, dish of the day, cheese platter, dessert, coffee and wine is a bargain. The restaurant also caters for events and weddings....

Malheureusement s'ils ne changent pas leur façon de faire ils risquent de ne pas durer encore très longtemps....
