At the farm of Fouliouze, labeled Bienvenue à la Ferme, Florence and Gilles raise 50 goats and 15 ewes. From their certified organic milk, they produce delicious fresh or matured mild cheeses, plain or flavoured with herbs, but also yoghurts and faisselles. You will find Florence's truck and her smile on the markets from April to November, on Mondays in Saint-Alvère, Thursdays in Lalinde and Fridays in Vergt. To prolong the pleasure, you can stay at the farm in rented accommodation, gîtes for 3 to 5 people.
