Paul Morris is wearing rare breeds of rare breeds such as Gascony, Black Ass… and British breeds. On the property also a small breeding of laying hens and fruit trees. Products are processed on site: varieties of British style sausages, bacon and ham (beer), refrigerator, white ham, coppas and dry ham, sausage, dry sausages… Other products: season vegetables, homemade bread and cakes, wines and beer from other local producers. For large meals, possibility of porc pork. You can find all the products on the markets of Issigeac (Sunday Place de l'Église) and Eymet (Thursday next to the Café de Paris).
