Mathieu Beltran took over the restaurant in July 2016. His cuisine remains very traditional with simple dishes based on Périgord products such as the block of foie gras, foie gras, duck legs confit, etc. Out of season, the restaurant is open only for lunch for a worker menu with starter, main course, dessert, 1/4 of wine and coffee.
