LE BISTROT DU PRESBYTÈRE
Queyssac comes down to a paved square, a 17th-century church, a bread oven and a former presbytery transformed into a bistro for many years. The dining room has kept its beautiful fireplace and the decoration is both modern and cosy. A restaurant that makes no noise, a little like a low mass but which is able to attract those who love a cuisine where the terroir is not unique. The lunch menu with soup, starters, main course, dessert and a glass of wine is a great deal. The first menu follows it. For starter, a tête de moine, country ham, preserved tomatoes on salad bed or the dish of the presbytery composed of a terrine of chicken liver and foie gras. For main course, pork cheeks crystallized with prunes of Agen are always successful.

Le menu était exquis du potage jusqu'au café final, l'accueil très chaleureux et cordial, très bonne ambiance et cerise sur le gâteau dans un environnement si bucolique.
Je recommande très, très vivement cet endroit.
