Château de Thenon, located in Razac-de-Saussignac, in the heart of the Saussignac appellation, is a 12-hectare wine estate. In 1988, Joël Evandre, a well-known figure in the Bergerac vineyards, took over the reins of this estate, nestled between the hills of Monbazillac and the Pays Foyen. The estate produces mainly dry Bergerac, a wine particularly suited to the Sauvignon and Semillon grapes. However, the red, rosé and sweet wines are equally outstanding. Saussignac wines stand out for their quality and unique character.
