LES FOLIES CHEVRIÈRES
Anaïs and Christophe's goat cheeses, cold cuts and preparations go directly from their farm to the markets.
Anaïs and Christophe arrived on their farm in 2007. Very quickly, they understood the interest of organizing their farm well: the goat's milk is partly transformed in their workshop to produce palets, cabécous, logs, pyramids that they sell on two markets or through producers' stores. More than 200 goats live on this farm! For the past 3 years, a free-range pig and chicken farm has also been installed on the farm: eggs, charcuterie and cured meats complete the offer in the store.
