This butchery is more than a hundred years old… It was created in 1915 rue du 26 March by the grandfather of Bernard, the current owner. His credo: quality first. He chooses and buys his animals on the farms in the region. It belongs to the Companions of Taste who bring together the top 350 butchers of France. Its meat is delicious as its boudin and homemade faits.
