MAISON VILATTE PLASSARD POMPOUGNAC
Artisan preservers for 3 generations next to the Cents-Mammoths cave (foie gras, duck with apricot, Perigueux sauce)
Since 1959 (opening of the Hundred Mammoths cave), the Plassard house offers a wide range of local products: foie gras, sauces (including the famous Périgueux sauce from Pompougnac), duck with apricot, goose with Pécharmant, crépinettes with Riesling... These artisanal preservers for three generations welcome you with pleasure to talk about their products. In the summer, they propose the restoration in a splendid landscape. A place not to be missed in Rouffignac!
