The farm is located 15 km from Bergerac, in Saint-Agne. This is the name of the little village, but it's also the name of several goat's milk cheeses made on site at this Gaec. A guided tour of the goat farm is offered by the farmers, ending, as it should, with a small cheese tasting session. All that's left for you to do is stock up on these excellent little farmhouse cheeses, in logs or tommes, more or less matured, with or without spices and herbs, to enhance your cheese platter.
