Damon learned to make cheese at the Sussex Cheese School, based at England's renowned High Weald Dairy. Graham is the qualified wine expert. You can rely on this fine team to spend a delicious moment in this delightful wine and cheese bar, in the center of the village of Belvès, which also doubles as a chambre d'hôtes.
