Audrey is a talented chef originally from La Réunion. After traveling in Asia and Australia, she settled in the Dordogne to be closer to her family. Her restaurant, opened in March 2024, focuses on local dishes, with touches of Asian, Creole and Mediterranean inspiration. His signature dish, Chili Jam, is a tasty blend of chicken strips, cashews and Combawa. At lunchtime, come and enjoy a menu that mixes flavors, such as the mezze with chili sweets, eggplant caviar, focaccia... A must!
