LA MARGOUTIE
For more than 10 years, Patricia Lemoine and Romain Delplanche have settled in Blis-et-Born, on the road to Limeyrat to brew beer in the purest tradition. The cereals used for the production of their beers are produced on the farm. The beers come from a low fermentation and are neither filtered, nor pasteurized. No gasification either, a small amount of sugar is added before bottling. The beer subsequently ferments in the bottle. All range (blonde, white, amber, brown, black) is marked 5 degrees and labeled organic and a sixth beer, triple grains (buckwheat and wheat, barley malt). In summer, the brewery organizes events: theater evening, circus show, concert, etc.
