The Chartoule family runs a 50-hectare farm dedicated to rearing geese, fed with cereals from the farm and force-fed GMO-free whole corn. The whole goose foie gras is then prepared on site: a guarantee of quality and traceability, since everything is 100% local! The traditional farmhouse preserves, which have won several awards, are available at the farm or on the Place du Coderc at the Périgueux market on Saturday mornings.
