Sylvain's farm is a veritable nugget in the heart of the Dordogne. Nestled in a bucolic setting, it extends over several hectares and produces a wide variety of seasonal vegetables. Sylvain also raises several types of free-range poultry: chickens, geese... You'll also find honeys and jams! To taste them, nothing could be simpler: go to the Bassillac market on Saturday mornings, or directly to the farm on Fridays, for an on-the-spot sale. Poultry must be reserved by Tuesday evening!
