Gauthier and Éric have reopened this bar-grocery-restaurant in the heart of the village of Saint-Aquilin (easy to find, just beside the church parking lot). Since the fall of 2021, they offer a cuisine rich in flavors. They work mainly with local products. For their menus, the eyes, the sense of smell and the taste are delighted, whether for the daily menu or their more elaborate weekend menus. Bistronomic style, they propose for example a duet of pig with truffle gratin dauphinois. It is a sincere and qualitative address!
