Le Fournil de la vallée, located on the Zone Artisanale des Quatre Routes in Léguillac-de-l'Auche, also serves the Saint-Astier bakery. The farmhouse bread is baked over a wood-fired oven, and there's a whole range of organic and speciality breads. Pastry specialties include Délice de la Vallée (crunchy praline, light and creamy milk chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis) and Délice du Mitouflon (crunchy nougat, dark chocolate mousse, apricot compote). And it's even open on Sunday mornings!
