Since 2020, Annie and Nicolas Ramseyer have been running a renowned cheese shop, present only on the markets. Numerous farm cheeses made from raw milk are offered for sale (and to look at) on their stall: fresh goat's milk cheeses flavored with thyme, farmhouse St. Nectaire (voted best in France!), tomme with flowers, Brie with truffles and Perigord walnuts... True cheese lovers, one of their mottos is: "A week without fondue is a week without a fondue". This energetic couple completes their offer by proposing cheese platters for events.
