Since 1988, Péchalou Dairy has been making yoghurts and gourmet desserts with whole milk from Dordogne cows. Proud of their roots, they cultivate the regional anchorage by favoring short supply chains: 100% of their milk comes from farms within 60 kilometers of the dairy. Their range of desserts and yoghurts (plain, fruits made from cow's and ewe's milk) can easily be found in supermarkets, but also on the local markets, in a nice little old-fashioned truck where they welcome you with a friendly smile.
