Isabelle and Yves, organic milk producers, have chosen to specialize in farm milk ice creams, rather than cheese production like other farmers. They control the entire production chain, from the GMO-free feed for their animals to the ice creams made from whole milk, with no additives. Their milk jam, prepared using only milk and sugar, is cooked for several hours. The menu includes 22 flavors of ice cream, plus a sorbet, available in jars, logs or cakes.
