In a bucolic setting, Laurence and Ghislaine's inn is the perfect place to linger over a meal of local cuisine.

Authentic local cuisine.... You've come to the right place! Laurence, in the kitchen, concocts tasty dishes using seasonal produce. Ghislaine, her sister, welcomes you to this family-run inn and serves you with kindness. A beef mille-feuille or a duck breast stuffed with baby vegetables is a real treat. All homemade with local produce. To prolong the pleasure at home, they offer dishes cooked in jars... it's called Le P'tit Boc!

Deuxième expérience à la petite auberge, toujours un moment de paix dans le cadre idyllique d’une petite cour intérieur d’une jolie ferme en pierre. Menu unique avec une grande assiette périgourdine très copieuse, et un crumble aux pêches des produits frais, locaux, fait maison, et deux sympathiques dames qui vous accueillent comme à la maison. Le tout pour un prix très doux. Bref il me tarde d’y retourner, j’adore..!!!

Een prachtige locatie. La petite Auberge is met recht een klein restaurant. We waren met vier volwassenen en hadden vooraf gereserveerd. Een van de twee zussen nam ruim de tijd om ons (als niet Fransen) het concept van de kaart of menu van de dag uit te leggen. Zeer vriendelijk en met humor kregen we vooraf een lekkere drinksoep (waarbij ons werd gevraagd te raden naar de ingrediënten), course 2 was een charcuterie met salade en als hoofdgerecht een perfect gebakken stuk vlees met lekkere groente en aardappeltjes. We hadden alle vier een ander gerecht gekozen, maar waren zeer tevreden met onze eigen plat. Daarbij werd geschonken een goede biologische witte wijn uit de Bergerac-streek, zoals het hoort.
Het dessert was een overheerlijk stuk taart, met een toefje slagroom. De zeer vaardige kokkin was de andere zus. Zij kwam ons nog een goede avond wensen zodat we haar, in ons beste Frans, zelf de complimenten konden geven voor haar kookkunsten.
Dank voor de geslaagde avond. We komen graag weer.

Merci pour ce bon dîner, pour votre accueil extrêmement sympathique à toutes les deux, nous avons eu grand plaisir à déguster votre excellente cuisine et à échanger avec vous. C'est rare et précieux pour celles et ceux qui aiment prendre le temps de se mettre en pause.

A gem. A wonderful location and super food. We had a family lunch at La Petite Auberge and enjoyed it immensely. The food on offer is the menu du jour - and that is great. This is French cooking at its best - local ingredients prepared with huge care and love to create simple but beautiful dishes. Utterly fabulous.

Not your typical restaurant. It feels as if sitting at your loviest aunts dining table in het well kept garden. Don’t expect a long list of dishes you are being served what is available (in low season at least). Also a really thoughtful vegetarian option. We loved the experience and would highly recommend going here. The food was tasty and prepared with love and care.
