Cecile Granger has had many lives. In particular, she competed for ten years in the French mushing team (sled dogs). Then she passed a CAP in pastry making and specialised at the French cake design school. She works at home, with no shop window except for the internet, as her activity is mainly focused on events: birthdays, EVJF, weddings, baptisms or Christmas inspire her with wonders. Cécile is more than an excellent pastry chef, she is a magician who transforms a cake into a work of art. In addition to her perfect mastery of traditional recipes, she has adapted the art of cake design so that the result is both beautiful and good (light and refined). Her biscuits and cupcakes are marked with the seal of fantasy, her modelling for special occasions is unforgettable. Cécile welcomes trainees in her laboratory: you can learn with her the art of macaroons, desserts and biscuits. As for Switea's "tea", this is the world of Stéphane, her husband: he has lived in Japan and has developed a passion for this beverage of which he manages to find the rarest selections. The two of them form a gourmet duo that cannot be ignored, with natural sympathy to boot.
