The Mill des Cépages, led by Sophie Chatel and André Constant, handcrafted vinegar aromas flavoured with grape juice, from grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet or Sauvignon. But their imagination is overwhelming and they have also created vinegar to fishing, apricot, blueberry, pineapple and even lemon to accompany oysters. It is not given but it is an excellent product. There are also gelées of different varieties. The cherry cream vinegar, raspberry, lemon, pineapple, apricot is ideal for the decoration of plates or accompaniment of all dishes….
