TERRA D'AUCA
A shop which offers a beautiful setting for this jewel of the Périgord gastronomy: the goose foie gras and its other goose preserves.
Patrice and his partners, producers and feeders of geese in the Périgord, wanted to create a showcase for goose products. Foie gras, confits, duck breast, etc. come from animals raised and force-fed here. They are partly processed in Saint Saud, except for the foie gras, which is processed in a workshop a little further away in order to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of this jewel. You can find their products in the shop open every day (or almost) but also in another farm at the GAEC de l'Olivier in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
