LA BORIE DU CHEVRIER
Small refined stop with a view on an interior garden and swimming pool in Sainte-Croix.
Halfway between the bastides of Beaumont and Monpazier, this is a refined and gourmet stopover. The guest rooms have been carefully decorated in different ways. The room overlooks an interior garden and swimming pool; the Les Roses room looks out onto the inner courtyard, enchanting with its fragrant rosebushes and fountain; the Les Lavandes suite is a self-contained apartment; and the Louis XV-style La Vénitienne suite is an invitation to Venice and its carnival. In the kitchen, Christine brilliantly blends local produce and modernism, and the half-board menus will delight you with their diversity and respect for local gastronomy. If you suffer from food allergies or are on a special diet, Christine can create menus to suit. Out of season, she organizes cookery courses to make a foie gras terrine, learn the secrets of duck cooking or discover truffles. The establishment also boasts a spa area with whirlpool bath and sauna, and a beautician offering wellness treatments.

On the other hand view of food is at the point: duck hamburger is quite is toasties and it should be loved frozen a little. Chats (there are 10 of them) which walk countertops cuisine do not give a touch of refinement
