Located in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, 50 km from Périgueux and 30 km from Angoulême, the Ferme aux Truffes in Sainte-Croix-de-Mareuil is a must for lovers of local produce. Managed by Narcisse Perez, the farm offers a wide range of products based on truffles and aromatic plants. Visitors can buy truffles, aromatic plants, walnuts, honey, flavored honey vinegars, flavored oils, walnut oil and candied walnuts with verbena directly from the producer. La Ferme aux Truffes also offers guided tours by appointment. To get there, drive past the Château de Mareuil, turn left and follow the signs for Sainte-Croix-de-Mareuil as far as Verdinas, where the farm is located.
