When the name Malard is mentioned in Périgueux, everyone knows it. Pork butchery has long been a family business where know-how is passed on. For the past few years, David has been devoting himself to his business by selling at markets, all focused on satisfying his customers. Everything is tempting and it is difficult to contain your greed, so take the time to choose. The prices are probably a bit higher than elsewhere but it is justified. The house also does rotisserie and catering for your events and family gatherings.
