Emmanuel embarked on his craft beer adventure in 2016 with the creation of this family brewery: since then, he's been creating and perfecting his recipes. Local malt! Blanche de Vésone, for example, is named after Périgueux's historic tower. There are also blondes (Croquants, d'Aquitaine), a hopped amber, and a coffee-flavored brown. New since 2023? You can rent a beer tapping machine for a private event!
