Located on the banks of the Dordogne, in the heart of the Périgord, a few kilometres from Sarlat, Souillac or Gourdon, Sylvain Javoy's farm can be visited all year round. You can see the facilities and taste the products. Here, only adult ducks are fed and only grain corn is used, as the traditional method requires.
