Sainte-Orse is a tiny village located just a few kilometres from the castle of Hautefort and 20 minutes from the caves of Lascaux. Francine Dubruil's France Hotel is ideal for couples alone or with a child looking for cheap and family-run accommodation in the heart of Black Périgord. The rooms are simple and they all have their own bathroom with WC. The restaurant is open every day except Saturday off season. On the menu of traditional cuisine based exclusively on local products: duck foie, truffé aux, ceps or chanterelles, veal ris on sofa, duck conflict conflict, perigordian salad. All pastries are home-made.

mon oncle étant de beauzen, nous avons la chance de pouvoir profiter de cette magnifique région grâce à sa maison restaurée à l'ancienne. son pére nous avait recommandé cette adresse lors de nos vacances en 2018. et effectivement, le meilleur repas que nous avons fait de toutes nos vacances :) produits variés et de qualité, servi en quantité, avec le sourire et la bonne humeur :) et un prix défiant toute concurrence :)
ayant une nouvelle festivité en juillet pour un double anniversaire (50 et 80), il nous a fallut moins d'un centième de seconde pour savoir quel serait notre point de chute : l'hotel de france.
places réservées pour une semaine, mais ce coup ci, en hôtel et certainement pour quasiment tous les repas du midi :)
j'ai hâte d'y être!!!
n'hésitez pas une seconde, c'est pour moi, la meilleure adresse à des dizaines de km à la ronde :)
It is Hôtel de France in Sainte-Orse, a hotel restaurant family tourism, where you are welcomed very warmly by adorable guests.
In the kitchen, all " is prepared; maison" from exclusively local products. For example, the traditional butcher's shop which provides them is just ten miles, producer of geese less 5km-long, etc. While speaking with directions and with their dishes you will love products and regional cuisine prepared unpretentious but with great care and sincerity...
I met other restaurateurs for my talks of consideration in the setting of my report, but this establishment and these people are really my favourite. And they are " petits" they do not have a large visibility, unfortunately for them, and! Moreover, they are on the road between Périgueux and Hautefort with its beautiful castle, the cave of Tourtoirac nearby.
It is only a small gesture, but I wanted for all these reasons to give their coordinated.
