BISCUITS L'APÉRIGORDISE
Local creation of small salted aperitif cookies (with boletus, walnuts, nettles...) for sale in producers' stores.
In 2021, the Van Goeye's started creating aperitif cookies: a cousin, a retired cook, invented the gourmet recipes for these bricelets (small, very thin wafers). They come in several flavors: tandoori, nettles, thyme/mustard... and they are a perfect example of the flavors of the Périgord! Bricelets with ceps à la salardaise, with walnuts/buckwheat, or with garlic trumpets. Your aperitifs will have an original, delicious and above all local touch! Because l'Apérigordise is above all a family story that sells its creations in a short circuit.
