LE BRASERO
La Crêperie was taken over by Antoine (the owner of Chez Antoine) who turned it into a Brasero. Change of name and change of concept. You find now on the menu, meat brasero with three meats at choice (duck breast, sirloin or chicken) or fish brasero depending on the market and the arrival, everything is accompanied by homemade French fries or potatoes roasted with salad and they are generous… Complete salads are also present (country style, Périgord style, with mozzarella tomato, etc.) and every day, chef Olivier Malgouyat, a former fish merchant from Sarlat, displays suggestions. Every Wednesday and Friday, market days, oysters and white wine. During winter season Savoy fondues complement the menu. Take-away seafood platters are offered. The desserts are homemade: panna cotta, chocolate mousse or hand-made ice-creams (18 perfumes).
