Christian Borini, an Argentinian chef, has revived this establishment located in the heart of the Cité de la Boétie. He revisits the dishes of the Périgord region and offers refined and tasty seasonal cuisine using fresh local produce. On the menu: after an appetizer, you can choose between a parsnip soup or an egg casserole with Brie de Meaux, then a duck confit with orange or a fillet of sea bream, to finish with a roast camembert or, on a sweeter note, a mango mascarpone drizzled with saffron syrup. Succulent un gastro abordable
Dans un cadre chaleureux, vous serez accueillis avec le sourire et conseillés de manière professionnelle. La cuisine du chef est exquise. Tout au long du repas vous serez bercé par une cuisine locale raffinée, les goûts et les saveurs explosent en bouche. Vraiment magnifique et surprise ultime l’addition très raisonnable.
