An address to remember for all those who seek sincerity in the welcome and good local products in the plate.
Aurélie Rousseau and Cédric Carbonnel (son of a Sarladais farmer) are very attached to local products from farms close to home. They work with the Vialard farm - a group of producers - for vegetables, duck, etc. The cooking is traditional, everything is home-made by Aurélie. It is very fresh. The welcome is very friendly and pleasant. In high season, you can enjoy a very large terrace and an outdoor bar where concert evenings are organised around tapas, paella and barbecue.
