A sumptuous renovation for this old private hotel. The old stones are highlighted and the reception very pleasant.

A very cosy address in Sarlat where you'll love taking the time to savor these dishes based around truffles (winter and summer), featured on a dedicated menu. The menu changes every 15 days, depending on the local supply. Duck, present in all its forms, must take its place alongside beef fillets a la plancha or anchovies. Sarladais walnuts are well represented, as are Périgord strawberries. The completely refurbished setting is very comfortable and encourages you to enjoy cocktails before a good meal.

Une très belle surprise, des serveuses souriantes, un foie gras bien parfumé, le magret de canard avec sa sauce aux morilles et ses pommes de terres salardaises très bon et une mention spéciale pour le dessert la crème brûlée aux truffes, une tuerie.

Nous avons adoré ce moment passé au petit bistrot. C'était délicieux. Je recommande la tartine au beurre truffé : avec de la vraie truffe rapé...un délice. Et la crème brûlée à la truffe ...un voyage sensuel en bouche ! Merci d'ouvrir en hiver pour nous permettre de passer une bonne soirée à Sarlat : c'est précieux quand on habite en pleine campagne. Et merci pour votre gentillesse, ça fait du bien ! !
