With a beautiful room, and an art of the table worthy of the greatest, the setting is warm. Maxime surprises us with happiness.

A sumptuous setting, a chef, Maxime at the piano after La Tour d'Argent, the Relais d'Auteuil, the Grand Véfour, the Château de Puy Robert and the Centenaire at Les Eyzies. His suggestions are infinite, the designations as beautiful as the dishes are delicious and the presentation happy. He offers a highly gastronomic and original table, as he likes to fuse traditional and new flavours while working to the rhythm of the seasons. He likes to share his recipes, and at weekends he gives cooking classes with technical sheets and tips. Very practical!

Closed from October 15 to April 15. Open Tuesday evening; Wednesday evening; Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner; Sunday lunch. Menus from €37 to €80. Set lunch menu: €27 (lunch only, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with starter, main course, dessert, glass of wine and coffee). Wine by the glass. Groups welcome.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux déjeuner. Tout était parfait. La cuisine est délicieuse, l'accord mets/vin très bien conseillé, les assiettes assez copieuses. Le service est également impeccable. Bref un super restaurant où nous aurons plaisir à retourner.
Une mention spéciale pour les ris de veau du chef qui étaient extraordinaires !

Excellent accueil. Service impeccable, une cuisine raffinée avec de belles découvertes de saveurs. Seul bémol, le prix de la bouteille de vin blanc, prix producteur x 5.
