In a bodega atmosphere with hams hanging from the ceiling, you could almost put on your skis for a change of scenery.

Fed up with foie gras and confit? Here, you had to dare this mountain atmosphere with all these tasty cheeses and hams hanging from the ceiling! The outside slates bring the air of the summits into the alleys: fir bark plate, chiffonnade of the mountain pastures... In the mood for lightness? The vegetable cassolette or one of the many salads. The Gaulois platter with its assortment of specialties is ideal for a dinner party at home. Everything is carefully cut by hand by Olivier so as not to damage the slices in front of the customer.

An original mountain menu, at a very reasonable price, served in a " écrin" , by beautiful and very friendly young rams! in a city where the merchants of foie gras are installed every ten metres, it had to be done! We recommend this small friendly restaurant all visitors of Sarlat. They will meet a very welcoming owner, with the needs of its guests.

Olive tree can choose quality ingredients mountain for raclette, tartiflettes for the cooler days, and generous Salads and chiffonnades in fine weather and it turn into to distorsions very pleasant with a diet any duck. A place to recommend to Anglo-Saxon visitors who often after their stop Gallic have held 2 French " words; Ham-Fromage" and make still very touched by this culinary experience. Warm atmosphere from any point of view which gives all the desire for going there.
Oliver knows how to choose good ham and good cheese from the mountain. With fantastic way to try something else than duck. It offers so tasty races that all our friends from New-Zeland, Australia and California are living the Périgord with 2 French words in mind: " Ham-Fromage" and already thinking of their stay in Périgord and a place oliver's
